Delete your Referrals account
Referrals is a business networking app developed by OK200. This page lets you request deletion of your Referrals account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need to be signed in.
How to request deletion
- Enter the email address associated with your Referrals account in the form below.
- Optionally, tell us why you’re leaving — this is not required.
- Submit the form. We’ll email you to confirm once your request is actioned.
Already using the app? You can also delete your account directly in Settings › Account › Close account.
What data is deleted, and what is kept
Deleted
- Your profile (name, email address, profile photo and any details you added).
- Your referrals — those you gave and received.
- Your Circles, memberships, meetings, introductions and check-ins.
- Your registered devices and push-notification tokens.
- Your sign-in credentials and access tokens.
Account data is removed within 30 days of your verified request.
Kept for a limited period
- Purchase and subscription records (e.g. App Store / Google Play transactions) are retained for up to 7 years where we are legally required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes.
- Anonymised, aggregated data that cannot identify you (for example overall usage statistics) may be retained.
- Backups containing your data are purged on our normal backup-rotation cycle (within 90 days).
